Q. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the United States and Hong Kong.
Please note that if you order multiple items they may be shipped separately as different factories specialize in different production processes and availability may vary.


Q. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.


Q. What if I want to return my order?
No problem! We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in acceptable condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
If you receive a damaged product please do not discard the packaging and contact us immediately at support@auderia.com. We’ll take care of it promptly.


Q. What if parts are missing or broken during assembly?
Most kits include extra parts in case you need them. If additional replacements are required please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.


Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the product demand and destination country.


Q. What if I can’t figure out the assembly?
If you experience any difficulties during assembly please email us at support@auderia.com. Our support team will provide guidance to help you complete your project.


Q. How long does it take to receive a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are usually issued within 2–5 business days after your order is processed.

You can place an order from anywhere in the world. We ship worldwide.


Q. Is shipping really free?
Yes  shipping is free worldwide on most items.


Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
All orders are processed in USD. While prices may be displayed in different currencies checkout will be completed in USD at the current exchange rate.


Q. Will I receive a confirmation number after placing my order?
Yes. All customers receive an order confirmation number after checkout.
If you do not receive one within 24 hours please contact us.

Q. Is checkout on this site safe and secure?
Absolutely. All purchases on Auderia are protected with secure payment processing and encryption technology.


Q. Will you sell my email or personal information?
No. We do not sell or share customer information. Emails are used only for order updates customer support and optional newsletters or promotions.


Q. Will I need to pay customs or import taxes?
In most countries, no customs fees are required. However depending on your location VAT or import charges may apply.
Based on our experience  customers in certain Northern European or Scandinavian countries may be subject to local VAT or administrative fees.


Q. Do you sell pre-made miniatures or DIY kits?
Most of our products are DIY kits  designed to provide a hands-on and creative building experience.


Q. Are instructions included in the DIY kits?
 All kits include detailed step-by-step instructions suitable for beginners.


Q. What materials are included in the DIY kits?
Each kit includes all essential materials needed to complete the project such as wooden or plastic components adhesive paint and brushes.

Q. Can I customize the DIY kits?
Absolutely. Our kits are designed for personalization. You’re welcome to paint decorate and modify them to reflect your own creative style.


Q. Can children participate in these kits?
children can participate with adult supervision especially for more detailed kits. DIY kits are a great way to develop creativity  fine motor skills  and problem-solving abilities.
